Is this done with AI?
Yes, and we want you to know it. We restore the photo with AI tools, and a person on our team reviews it so every face stays true to the original. Restored photos are labeled as AI-assisted.
Couldn't I just do this with an app?
You could try, and some people do. What we add is care. We work from several photos of each person, so the face stays true, and we restore an old photo first if it is damaged. We match the light, the scale, the era and the grain of your original, so nothing looks artificial. Then a person on our team reviews and refines every image, and we redo it at no cost until it feels like them. There is no app to learn and nothing to type: you send the photos from your phone. You receive a high-resolution file ready to print, and if you like, the frame or poster arrives at your door. Your photos are deleted 30 days after delivery and never used to train AI.
My photo is very damaged. Can you fix it?
In most cases, yes. If part of a face is missing, we'll tell you what we can recover before we start.
Can you add color?
Yes, at no extra cost. Tell us any colors you know (a red dress, blue eyes) and we'll use them.
Do I need to mail you the original?
No. A clear phone photo or scan is enough. The original stays safe with you.
Can I use these photos?
Yes, if you're family or have the right to use them. At checkout you confirm that.
What do you do with my photos?
We use them only for your order, never to train AI models, and we delete them 30 days after delivery.
