Is this made with AI?
Yes, and we want you to know it. The photo is created with AI from several of your pictures, so every face stays true, then reviewed and refined by a person on our team. It's labeled as AI-generated.
Couldn't I just do this with an app?
You could try, and some people do. What we add is care. We work from several photos of each person, so the face stays true, and we restore an old photo first if it is damaged. We match the light, the scale, the era and the grain of your original, so nothing looks artificial. Then a person on our team reviews and refines every image, and we redo it at no cost until it feels like them. There is no app to learn and nothing to type: you send the photos from your phone. You receive a high-resolution file ready to print, and if you like, the frame or poster arrives at your door. Your photos are deleted 30 days after delivery and never used to train AI.
Can I order this as a gift?
Yes, and many people do. You send the photos yourself, and at checkout you choose to ship the framed photo or poster straight to the person receiving it. You see the photo first, so the gift is right before it leaves.
Can I use a pregnancy or ultrasound photo?
For the scene we need a photo of the baby. You can order now with a bump photo (the family gathered around the mom-to-be) and order again after the birth.
Can I add the baby's other grandparents too?
Yes. Each extra person is $4, and both sides of the family fit in one photo.
Can grandparents look the way I remember them?
You choose. We can show them as they look in the photo you send, or as you remember them best.
Can I use these photos?
Yes, if you're family or have the right to use them. At checkout you confirm that, and that the living people in the photos agree.
What do you do with my photos?
We use them only for your order, never to train AI models, and we delete them 30 days after delivery.
How long does it take?
The digital photo arrives in 3 business days. Prints usually arrive 5 to 9 business days after you approve.
